Refund Policy

Returns and Refund Policy:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@polarskis.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund

Request a return and refund within 30 days of purchase. Write to us at info@Polarskis.ca with all the details.  Upon receipt and inspection  of returned goods, Polar Skis will issue a full refund less any applicable shipping charges. Refunds will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

There is a problem with my order

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, missing parts or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please send photos of the damaged item, any damaged packaging and the shipping label to info@polarskis.com

Be sure to include your order number and name, and our customer service representatives will work with you to correct the problem.

International Orders

Orders placed outside Canada can be returned in new condition, in their original packaging within 30 days. Customers must arrange for return shipping. Delivery charges are not refundable.
