TOP TIPS

Set your brackets up to fit your wheels inside the house as soon as you receive them. That way, they are ready to go when you need them. See the user manual.

We suggest wearing some form of grips on your footwear, such as Yaktrax, to give you extra grip underfoot.

Make sure the front wheels are locked when going through fresh or deeper snow. If the wheel is not locked, then the weight of the snow will turn the skis sideways.

Use a rain cover to protect your child from any wind chill factors and exposure.

Always ensure your child is suitably dressed and bundled up for outside temperatures.

Glide wax can be used on the skis if the user wishes.

WARNING

  • As a parent or guardian, you are responsible for the safety of your child at all times. We ask that you use common sense and never put yourself or your child at risk.

  • Always apply the brake to your stroller/CTS before attaching and removing your skis.

  • Always wear the wrist safety leash enclosed. The leash should be attached to the base of your stroller and worn around your wrist.

  • Ensure the black hand nuts are very tight before setting off on your adventure.

  • Do not fit or remove your skis on an incline. Install and remove on flat ground only.

  • Only use your Polar Skis for the purpose for which they were designed.

  • Do not try and use your skis if there is not enough snow. A ski needs enough base to be able to perform optimally.

  • Do not take into extreme deep snow as you may get stuck.

  • Polar Skis accepts no responsibility or liability for any incident that may occur when you use our product.
